THERMAL TRANSEFER LABELS

Thermal transfer labels, which are coherent with ribbon print ,should be print with suitable ribbon according to the type of paper when using the printer.Ribbon printing is done on the label’s surface.So,thermal transfer labels are resistant to outdoor conditions.

1. High grade

High grade surface is rough,matte paper.
Generally ,it used as in the form of discrete A4 sheed,with copier and laser printer.
Ribbon printing is not recommended.It is suitable for toner,ink printing.

Vellum

It has matt and slight rought surface.
Vellum, which is seen as barcode label,is the most preferred one among the barcode printers especially as package label in various sector(textile,outomotive and food).
It is suitable for ribbon printing.Wax ribbon is recommended.

Glossy paper

It has smooth and flat surface.Glossy paper has more bright surface appearance than vellum.There are two kinds of as matte glossy paper and bright glossy paper..
Mostly,it used for food sector and colourful prints.
It is suitable for ribbon printing.Wax ribbon is recommended.

Cromolux

It has smooth and flat surface.Cromolux structure has much brighter than glossy paper.
Especially it used food sector and colourful prints.
It is suitable for ribbon printing.Wax and wax resin ribbon is recommended

Farma

Although it has been similar to enamel paper,It has thinner and slighter than it.
Due to the slight structure,it has been preferred by chewing gum and medicine sector.
It is suitable for ribbon printing.Wax ribbon is recommended.

Opak Polipropilen

Isıya ve güneşe dayanıklı sert bir malzemedir. Esneme özelliği yoktur yırtılması zordur.
Kimya ve kozmetik sektöründe tercih edilen bir etikettir.
Riboon baskıya uygundur. B110CX veya B110A ribbon önerilir.

Opaque Polpropylene

It is made of opaque material.Opaque polpropylene, which is resistant to sun and heat, is a severe material.
It is not stretchability and has not convenient for tearing.It is favourable in chemistry and cosmetic industry.
It is suitable for ribbon printing .B110 or B110A ribbon recommended.

Transparent Polpropylene

It is made of transparent substance and it has resistant to heat and sun.It is a severe material.It is not stretchability and is not convenient for tearing.
It is favourable in chemistry and cosmetic sector.
It is suitable for ribbon printing.B110CX or B110A ribbon is recommended.

Transparent Polyethylene

It is made of transparent substance, which has resistant to water and moisture ,is flexible material.
It can be teared to flow direction and it can be stretch to other direction.
It is suitable ribbon printing.B110CX ribbon is recommended.

DaData - PE

It is made of special cohesive.When you keep waiting in brackish water,it can not decomposition.It has smooth and flat surface.It is forced you when you want cutting.Data-pe is resistant to sun and heat.
It is prefered by chemistry and cosmetic industry.
It is suitable for ribbon printing.B110CX ribbon is recommended.

THERMAL LABELS

Thermal labels are not suitable for ribbon printing.Direct material on paper has occured printing with permutattion of the effect of heat when it uses with label print.The label has a structure which is influenced by external conditions.There is not difference between fax paper as principle.

Eco Thermal

The upper surface of the label is formed by thermal laminate.It is sensitive to heat,moisture,light or knowledge on the label’s can be volatilisable.
Eco thermal’s endurance time is short.It used in food industry,market and textile industry.
Ribbon printing is not necessary.

Semi Thermal

Semi thermal is more resistant to eco thermal.The upper surface of the label is consist of protected thermal.It is sensitive to heat,light and moisture.
It can be tarnished or knowledge of the label’s can be volatilisable.It’s endurance time is short.
It used in food,market and textile industry. Ribbon printing is not necessary.

Laminated (Top) Thermal

It has more durable time than eco thermal and semi thermal.It’s surface is consist of protected thermal.It is sensitive to heat,light and moisture.
It can be tarnished and knowledge of the label’s can be volatilisable.It used in food ,market and textile industry.
Ribbon printing is not necessary.
